SHIPPING TIME / LOCAL PICK UP

Orders are shipped 1-3 business days once your order has been placed. Orders for local pick up are typically ready same day or next day.

*An email confirmation will be sent to the email provided once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping or pick up. Please be sure to check your junk folder, as occasionally this email will end up there.

During seasonal times/holidays or end of season sales, processing can take up to 4 business days depending on stat holidays or volume of orders. We appreciate your patience while we process your order. 

SHIPPING COSTS

We provide $15 Canada wide shipping ($10 on orders over $100)

We do not ship outside of Canada. If you have someone you know in Canada, we would be more than happy to ship to any Canadian address for you. We offer shipping to anywhere in Canada. All orders are shipped via UPS, Purolator or Canada Post. 

LOCAL PICK UP

We offer free local pick up. (Calgary, Alberta - near Winsport.) Address is provided once order is complete. Orders are typically ready for pick up same day or next day.

You will be contacted via email once your order has been packaged to schedule a pick up day and time window. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder for this email.

Our pick up hours are 9am-6pm Mon - Sat and need to be scheduled prior to arriving at the pick up address.

Although there is no rush to pick up your order, please try to schedule pick up within 30 days as we are limited for storage space.
