*WE SHIP VIA UPS AND PUROLATOR. During the Canada Post strike PO box/rural addresses can not be processed at this time. Please consider using an alternate address during the Canada Post strike. ❤︎ As alternate carriers will be experiencing a higher volume of packages, please note that delays may occur.

SHIPPING COSTS

We provide $15 Canada wide shipping ($10 on orders over $100)

We do not ship outside of Canada. If you have someone you know in Canada, we would be more than happy to ship to any Canadian address for you. We offer shipping to anywhere in Canada. All orders are shipped via UPS, Purolator or Canada Post. 

SHIPPING TIME

Current shipping time is 1-2 business days once your order has been placed. Same day shipping on all orders placed before 1pm (MT)

*An email confirmation will be sent to the email provided once your order has been processed, shipped or is ready for pick up. (please be sure to check your junk folder, as occasionally this email will end up there.)

During seasonal times/holidays or sales, processing can take 1-3 business days. We appreciate your patience while we process your order. 

LOCAL PICK UP

We offer free local pick up. (Calgary, Alberta)

Orders are ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. You will be contacted via email once your order has been packaged to schedule a pick up day and time window. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder for this email. Although there is no rush to pick up your order, please try to pick up within 30 days as we are limited for storage space.
