A FEW TIPS BEFORE YOU CONSIGN WITH US.. ❤︎

We specialize in mid-range to premium contemporary brands, with a focus on current, desirable styles in excellent to new condition.

We generally accept items purchased within the last 1–5 years, with our strongest resale success coming from pieces that are approximately 1–3 years old.

BEFORE YOU CONSIGN

Please review your items carefully before dropping them off or booking a Closet Edit. Here are a few things to consider:

Be sure you’re ready to part with your items.
Please only consign pieces you are comfortable leaving with us for the full consignment period. Requests to retrieve items early require additional processing and may be subject to a reprocessing fee.

Check each item carefully.
Items should be freshly cleaned and in excellent condition. We are unable to accept pieces with stains, excessive wear or pilling, holes, missing buttons, pet hair, noticeable odours or other damage.

Consider age and current style.
Our best-selling pieces are typically current styles purchased within the last 1–3 years. In most cases, we are unable to accept items older than 5 years.

Make sure the brand and style are a good fit.
If you’re unsure whether your pieces suit our boutique, we recommend browsing our current inventory for an idea of the brands, styles and price points our customers shop for.

WHAT SELLS BEST?

Our strongest resale success comes from pieces that are:

• New with tags or in like-new condition
• Current and in demand
• Approximately 1–3 years old
• From contemporary or premium brands our customers know and love
• Clean, freshly laundered and free from damage or odours

Because our storage space is limited, all items are carefully selected based on brand, style, condition, age, season and expected resale demand.
