Local Pick Up & Shipping Information

We provide a flat rate shipping of $15 CAD Canada wide. We ship all of our packages using Canada Post or UPS. 

We do not ship outside of Canada. If you have someone you know in Canada, we would be more than happy to ship to any Canadian address for you. 

SHIPPING TIME

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after order is processed. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Or UPS. 

Orders are processed (packaged) within 1-2 business days pending verification of payment. We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. During seasonal times/holidays or sales, processing can take 1-5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we process your order. 

*An email confirmation will be sent to the email provided once your order has been processed, shipped or is ready for pick up. (please be sure to check your junk folder, as occasionally this email will end up there.) 

We offer free local pick up. Orders are ready for pick up within 1-2 business days after order is processed. 

You will be contacted via email once your order has been processed to schedule a pick up day and time window.

*Please be sure to check your junk mail folder for this email. Although there is no rush to pick up your order, please try to pick up within 30 days as we are limited for storage space.
