Shipping + Pick uUp Information
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship within Canada only.
We provide $15 flat rate shipping on all orders under $100 and $10 flat rate shipping on orders over $100 Canada wide.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS and Purolator.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days pending payment verification. We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment.
Once your order is packaged and ready to be shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to the email provided with tracking information. Please be sure to check your junk folder, as occasionally this email will end up there.
We do not ship outside of Canada. If you have someone you know in Canada, we would be more than happy to ship to any Canadian address for you.
*During seasonal times/holidays or sales, orders can take 1-3 business days to be shipped. We appreciate your patience while we process your order.
LOCAL PICK UP INFORMATION
Local pick up is available in Calgary, Alberta. Pick up location is Calgary West, near Winsport. (address provided once order is complete) Orders are ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. (typically ready same day) You will be notified via email once your order has been processed and is ready to be picked up. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder for this email. Our pick up hours are 9am-6pm Mon - Sat and need to be scheduled prior to arriving at the pick up address.
Although there is no rush to pick up your order, please try to schedule pick up within 30 days as we are limited for storage space.
