Pick Up + Shipping Information

We provide a flat rate shipping of $15 CAD Canada wide. 

We are no longer able to provide shipping outside of Canada. If you have someone you know in Canada, we would be more than happy to ship to any Canadian address for you. 

SHIPPING TIME

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after order is processed. We offer shipping to anywhere in Canada. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Or UPS. 

LOCAL PICK UP

We offer free local pick up. Orders are ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. You will be contacted via email once your order has been processed to schedule a pick up day and time window.

Please be sure to check your junk mail folder for this email. Although there is no rush to pick up your order, please try to pick up within 30 days as we are limited for storage space. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending verification of payment. We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. During seasonal times/holidays or sales, processing can take 1-5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we process your order. 

*An email confirmation will be sent to the email provided once your order has been processed, shipped or is ready for pick up. (please be sure to check your junk folder, as occasionally this email will end up there.)

LOCAL PORCH DELIVERY

We are currently unable to provide local porch delivery. Please select shipping at checkout to have your items shipped locally. We ship all of our packages using Canada Post or UPS. You may also collect your items at no charge.
