Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. We do not ship outside of Canada. If you have someone you know in Canada, we would be more than happy to ship to any Canadian address for you. 

Q. How much is shipping, or where can I pick up?

A. We provide a flat rate shipping of $15 CAD Canada wide. We ship all of our packages using Canada Post or UPS.
We offer free local pick up. Pick up location is Calgary. Orders are ready for pick up within 1-2 business days after order is processed.  
For a limited time, we are offering free shipping on orders over $200. No code required.

Q. Are you accepting new consigners?

A. Yes! We are currently accepting consignment for both new and existing consigners. 

Q. What type of items do you accept?

A. We accept in demand designer clothing, handbags, shoes, jewelry and accessories. A few popular brands we love and can accept are:

AGOLDE, Alo Yoga, AG jeans, Anine Bing, Anthropologie, Aritzia, Brunette The Label, Citizens Of Humanity, Club Monaco, Free People, Joe’s, Kate Spade, Levis, Lululemon, Mother, Madewell, Nordstrom Brands, Oak + Fort, Paige, Rag & Bone, Skims, Smash + Tess, Ted Baker, Tiffany & Co, Tory Burch & Vuori - to name a few!

Q. Do you have a store front location?

A. We do not have a storefront location. We are an exclusive online only women's consignment boutique located in Calgary, Alberta. We offer free local pick up as well as flat rate $15 shipping Canada wide.

Q. Can I still consign with you if I do not reside in Calgary?

A. Yes! If you are not local to Calgary, you also have the option to ship your items to us! (available Canada wide only)

Q. Can I pay via e-transfer?

A. All of our items are available for purchase via e-transfer. You can email us with screenshots or links of the items you would like to purchase @belleboutiqueyyc@gmail.com or send us a DM on Instagram @belleboutiqueyyc.

If you require shipping for heavier items, we ask that you kindly checkout through the website.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. (be sure to check your junk folder) You will then receive a second email once your order is ready for pick up, or has been shipped and tracking information will be included there. 

Q. What is your return policy?

A. All sales are final.

Q. Can I use my consigner credit towards online purchases?

A. Consigner credit may be used at any time towards online purchases. Credit must be applied via Instagram DM @belleboutiqueyyc or via email @ belleboutiqueyyc@gmail.com as we are not able to apply it through the website. 

Q. How are prices determined?

A. Prices are determined by Belle Boutique Consignment and are based on current market value, season, and condition of item.

Q. What percentage does the consigner recieve?

A. Consigners will be paid 40% of the sold price for their items once the item has been sold. Payouts are done monthly via e-transfer, or can be used towards shop purchases at any time. Payouts are at the end of each month, unless the last day of the month falls on a weekend or holiday in which case payouts will be made the following ‘business day’.
